Friendly or not they are an incredible example of what a good haircut can do for just anyone. In this case it made them angry it would appear from the photos.
The first Lion Cut I ever saw was on a huge red Chow dog in south Florida in 1992. Friends had their dog cut for the very hot Florida summer to look just like a lion, clean shaven except for the fluffy hair around the head, paws, and tail.
I had just started seeing clairvoyant visions then and they asked me if I had ever read a dog before. I told
them I had not. They said they had their big Chow clipped into a Lion Cut three days ago and he came home and went into his room and never came out, only going outside on the patio to do his business. Other than that, he laid on the floor with his paws covering his eyes, and not moving.
I told them I would give reading their dog a try and went into the bedroom alone to see what I might learn about him. I sat on the side of the bed where he was laying on the floor and rubbed his close shaven backbone. As I rubbed him I heard him say "They hate me. Look what they have done to me. Why are they punishing me? I thought they loved me. Even my friends won't come to see me any more."
With that I got up and went back into the main room and asked if he had any friends in the building. The couple told me he had a dog friend upstairs but he had not seen him in a week or so. I asked them to go and get him and bring him for a visit with his friend, the Chow. They quickly came back with the dog and we watched from the door of the bedroom while the dog friend licked their Chow's front end and back end and barked a bark of greeting. When that happened the Chow began to come back to life. He was back to normal again.
What I learned from this is that although people may think certain costumes or haircuts on animals are cute or trendy and want to "upscale" their animal's look with these things, obviously the animals don't always receive the changes in the same frame of mind that the owners intended. The Chow thought he had been punished for bad behavior and did not understand and became depressed so he would not leave the bedroom. That does not sound like a happy dog to me. Certainly not one that loved his Lion Cut.
Please be sensitive to your animals with their little outfits you buy and have them to wear and the way you have their hair cut. Regard the season's temperatures and how that may effect your animal(s) with their own personal climate control of their body. People forget that fur protects the animals from the Sun's strong rays and it will sunburn the skin of an animal when it is completely exposed with having been shaved to the skin, as in the Lion Cut.
As fun and beautiful as the little Persian Lion Cut Cats are, I can't help but wonder how they feel about their own personal haircuts or if their glares and hissing, even from across the room with only a zoom lens to watch, are really a total explanation of exactly how they feel about their fancy Lion Cut little bodies. Please consider the feelings of the animals you love before you buy or do anything rash.
Your feelings are important to you. Is it any different for your animal(s)? Be a loving pet owner and protect your animal and treasure it. There is nothing so devoted as the unconditional love of our pets. Love and protect it. It is priceless.
I would say...Lion Cuts are not good Pet Feng Shui, at least not for the happiness of the animal. That is what counts after all. Looking good and being happy sometimes are not the same thing. Love your pets. They appreciate it.

If you are in Atlanta and you have a Sales Tax I. D. number and qualify to buy wholesale, these are the people to see. Their ideas are just to live for. Some are even Heavenly. Bridal things, every type event you can imagine they create concepts for, it is just awesome. I felt like I lost an old friend when The Star Decorators Wholesale Warehouse here in Dallas closed permanently and the only location left was in Atlanta.
CandleScapes are made with a line of product Star handles that package tiny colored wax beads to pour into whatever container you might wish to use for your "high drama" energy for your event. Since Michaels owns them you should be able to find this product there.
If you put water in the container first, then layer the wax beads, they float and burn on top of the water, after you light them. It is just really neat the way it works. You can add more wax to recreate the candle as it burns down.
One of the choice ones they had was to pour black wax beads to create the candle into half shells with the wick in the center ready to burn. The look was caviar in half shells and then you saw the wick for the actual candle purpose. I just loved them. Especially if you are serving caviar to your guests. The effect of the caviar inside the half shell and the candle burning in the center was excellent, it caused people to do a "double-take" when they looked at it. After all, that is what it is about to accessorize the drama of your centerpieces or other supporting display icons.
They used flowers, glitter, unique containers, rose petals, sea shells, or whatever struck their fancy to "Pop" the energy for "high drama" for their centerpieces. If you die on the centerpiece it is pretty much over unless the food pulls you through, but you and I both know people will keep talking about it. It is not one part of America competing with another part. We are all striving to be the best we can be, at this point in our lives, in this economy. We can all use a little "laid back" attitude to celebrate any joys we may have in our lives now. I prefer Jimmy Buffett for my "attitude" when I exercise. Everyone should have some "attitude" to inspire them for their futures.

Goody Goody Liquor's Giant Grapes of Abundance
Another great Grapes of Abundance Mural to see is at Goody Goody Liquor store on Oak Lawn just North of Cedar Springs, behind Starbucks Coffee shop. They have painted one entire section of the building with giant grapes.
Grapes are the symbol for abundance and the Purple is the color that activates the Wealth/Empowerment Ch'i for us. A & J Bakery does fantasy weddings

Recently my Oak Lawn local A & J Bakery got media exposure in People Magazine for doing celebrity cakes. The Birthday cake that caused the stir was Jessica Simpson's order for her honey Dallas Cowboy Tony Roma and it was so excellent People ran a photo and story on it.
A & J has been a favorite of mine for years and they create fantasy cakes and delicacies that are just dream stuff for big or small occasions, with events of any kind.
When I stopped by yesterday the framed People magazine article was posted behind the bakery's display case, up high on the wall for all to see. Bravo! We all KNOW you are great. We are glad others are discovering it.
I asked the lady there if I could photograph the cake displays and she handed me this brochure instead. All of their contact information is on their advertising below. I personally recommend them if you are in the Dallas area. They are incredible.
The horse drawn 3 tiered, golden wedding cake carriage at the top left is just so over the top for fantasy and drama. Gold brings Prosperity/Good Health energies plus adding the 3 fold blessing of 3 separate cakes. The Purple flowers added bring the Wealth/Empowerment energies into play here and all of the White lifts up the Creativity of the couple and is a blessing for their future children.
The ornate golden twists and turns of the details of each section make it look like the cake is actually a crown, one atop the other, with those three separate sections building to a crown on the top of it all. Talk about lovely and so unique. This is only one of the concepts they work with you to provide for your wedding or special event.

St. Cecilia's is rebuilding after huge fire...
Tragically St. Cecilia's Church's main chapel burned on August 17, 2007 and is being rebuilt now.
On the location of the original Chapel the Church has built a monument to all that have lost loved ones in death and a place to come to pray for those loved ones and leave flowers to celebrate their lost love and lives.
People come at all hours of the day and night just to pray and think about their loss. This has proven to be very healing for this community of St. Cecilia's members. Although no lives were lost in this tragic fire, the church itself was destroyed and that loss within itself needed a place for people to come to mourn for their own personal meaning of its loss for themselves.
They have a special program where church members can pay to have a commemorative brick with their loved ones name on it for others to read and remember their family members as well. The floor of this outdoor arbor is completely finished with those memory bricks and room to add more. This is a wonderful way to remember loved ones and move towards healing with their loss. We can never really get over such losses, only that we hope to celebrate those lives we have lost in our memories and at such a wonderful memorial outdoor Chapel.
I passed by at 7 A. M. one weekday morning and took these pictures of a few people that were already there at the beginning of their day to grieve and remember almost two years later. Just honoring the memory of our losses brings some healing to us. That is why these people have shown up so early in the day, to mourn their own losses.
Find your own place to remember your lost loved ones and think of all they meant to you. It will be healing to celebrate their lives and memories.
Oak Cliff Celebration of Art Mural

On my way to see the rebuilding since the fire damage at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, when I was traveling down Davis @ 7th St. a huge Oak Cliff Mural has been painted to celebrate the Oak Cliff Arts on the side of this building. There is a revival of artists and shops @ Davis & Kings Highway, one block North of the 7th St. intersection also. I love art communities and the "Creative Fire" they bring to their neighborhoods.
Murals are a wonderful way to Lift the Ch'i to a higher level for perfect Power Feng Shui. If you know an artist perhaps they can make you a deal. If not, go to Home and Garden Shows and see who is invited to come and speak on Faux painting and murals. That will be the person you want to hire if possible. Start thinking forward for your theme and location of your mural. What message do you want to send?

A little farther to the East on Davis Street at the Bishop Street intersection and one block South you will find more shops and art studios and restaurants. There is also a Dallas Police Dept. Neighborhood Office. This is an very peaceful neighborhood to shop and visit.
When you enter Zangs Blvd. off of the Houston Street Bridge, coming from downtown, at the top of the hill where Colorado crosses Zangs is Lake Cliff Park and its beautiful grounds and fountain just to the left of the intersection and down 1/2 a block.
This is one of the most beautiful parks in the City and has been part of my life since 1969 when I lived just three blocks away from it, towards town and enjoyed walking and playing tennis there. Before my son was born I walked around the park daily for exercise and on my way to the Doctor's office weekly. When my son was born and he was able to walk, run, and play at about 18 months old, I took him here for the first time. Once when he was five he insisted I look in the water for the jumping fish and when I did my sun glasses fell off my head and into Lake Cliff. He laughed and laughed and for years always told me I lost my sun glasses there, as though I had forgotten. Funny what kids remember.
Any body of water supplies the Water Element for renewal of your spirit and money. Adding a fountain to re-circulate the water flow increases the intensity of the activation of the Water Element Ch'i.
If you can do a fountain at your home you will only be glad you did. Just the sounds it makes bring a peace into your soul. Want some instant peace? Get a fountain, even a small one for the area inside your front entry will do. If you can go grandiose, please do. You will enjoy it.
Personal Tattoo Body Art Ch'i...
Phoenix Rising from the ashes....
With so many people getting tattoos to display their artistic preferences I frequently come across clients
at www/Wikipedia.org has a very good commentary of Tattoos that you might like to look over before you decide on anything. Historically tattoos are tribal and commemorate or uplift a rite of passage or an event in that person's life.
One of my longtime clients and prayer partners moved many years ago to Phoenix from up North for love and a new career in Real Estate in a blossoming city. Years have passed and of course the Phoenix Real Estate market has taken a major hit but she has been re-thinking her future and coming up with new alternatives for her career future-wise.
The original love came and went but she found a new love and after dating him for a couple of years has recently, this last year, remarried and life is getting better than ever for both of them.
One of the things she told me he found interesting were tattoos on other women at the unisex gym where they work out together. Not wanting to lose his attentive focus during the beginning of their new life together I suggested that perhaps she might quiz him on what "tat" (short for tattoo) might appeal to him and just where he thought it might be located, as a personal intrigue and mystery just between them. He is an artist and immediately began to draw up sketches that appealed to them both for her future tattoo.
Since they would never have met if she had not moved to Phoenix to marry someone else, Phoenix was a possibility. They liked the significance of a Phoenix Rising From the Ashes in Rebirth and flying again. It was
definitely in the running as it symbolizes success after destruction or failure.
Below is her picture I snapped, with her permission, in the airport Ladies' Room in a major city where we visited between her flight's layover last year for about 30 minutes. We were only in the Ladies' Room for about 3 of those minutes to take these pictures and I was so thankful no other ladies walked in and we did not have to explain our craziness. She is the first and only person that I have ever gone to the Ladies' Room to see their tattoo.
We laughed and laughed at how crazy this was and how delighted her husband is with "their" tattoo on her behind, that ONLY he knows about. She says it makes him feel really sexy and inspired when he talks about it or makes a reference to her "Phoenix" in public that only they know about. Talk about sharing a secret. Wow! They both just love it.
The only tattoo I have is where I had my eyelids, upper and lower edges tattooed years ago with liner so I would not have to do that every day with my makeup. It faded some but still works well for its purpose. When my clients get new tats and show them to me, IF they are in a presentable place to view, I always ask them if they can see my tattoo. Only one person in over 8 years has figured it out and she had her eyelid edges tattooed with liner so she would not have to do the outlining of her eyes every day either. That is why she recognized it.
I think Personal Tattoo Body Art Ch'i is just that...personal. Whatever statement you put on your body likely stays there forever unless you have a doctor and a laser to remove it with a lot of pain attached. Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Pamela Anderson, Tommy Lee and many others have had to undo tats that professed undying love when love died for them with that named person, uplifted on their skin. It leaves scarring so be sure to not make an emotional decision for your tattoo. You don't want to regret it tomorrow, ever.
Please remember that there is PAIN involved in getting a tattoo. My eyelids were swollen for almost 2 full weeks after I got my eyelid edges tattooed with liner. I looked like I had been in a fight. I was told it would be minimum pain and discomfort. People will tell you anything to get the job. Be careful and think this decision through for yourself and not do an impulsive, spur of the moment emotionally charged tattoo. You might regret it.

It is just perfect for them and the anticipated future they have to come back to life, and fly like the Phoenix, as it rises to new heights once again, in this challenging economy.

Children's Rooms Lift Up Their Interests
This month we are featuring the bedrooms of two great kids that have lots of extracurricular activities besides their school work going on. The daughter and son's bedrooms here belong to the children of my friend and prayer partner Kimberly from the Plano Pool article in the May EZine using the Earth Elements to Bring Grounding Energy to their Home. These kids love their rooms and it is obvious Kim has used her imaginative decorating abilities to reflect the interests of each of her children. Her daughter, age 13, has been active in hockey for some time now and above her bed is a hockey icon print to "lift up" that sport's energies and remind her of her focus. She is changing to Golf this next semester for her main sport, something she was interested in even at five years old, when Kim took her picture playing golf.
I recommended to Kim to enlarge the Golf picture that expresses her interest at such an early age, frame it in Gold for increased Prosperity and Good Health energies, and replace the hockey print with her Golf icon picture directly above her bed. Also hanging the picture up higher than eye level, thereby "lifting the Golf Ch'i" to its highest level for her daughter's future interests will bring fresh opportunities to her with this sport.
I find that children that participate in group sports of any kind have a better balance in their lives and get the "sharing" thing much earlier than children that don't. The competitive edge that is so necessary in business for their futures brings the desire for ambition, growth, and change. You can do no better than to re-enforce those beliefs in their young years. Being a "team player" in life is truly what working with others is all about.
Kim and her husband have been incredibly supportive of their children's team time, whether it be football, hockey, or golf and will continue to be in their futures. It is so very important for children to have the right foundation in their lives, for their futures.
She will be hanging the new picture of her daughter soon to support her in renewed interest in Golf in her future. The bed and this area above it are in the far right hand corner. Normally this would be the Love/Relationship area of the room. When the doorway to the room, any room opens into the room from the extreme side of the room, either left or right, the Pyramid Feng Shui of Nancilee Wydra says this creates an entrance with a diagonal psychological sight line. Nancilee feels that when the Ch'i enters the room from either extreme side that the flow of Ch'i blasts the area directly ahead of it, and somehow weakens the area of the room.
In this case, the doorway entrance is on the extreme left so the Ch'i symbolically would blast the Wealth/Empowerment area directly opposite the doorway. To "Cure" this, Nancilee recommends that you change the Wealth/Empowerment area to the other back far corner of the room, lining up with the diagonal psychological sight line, placing the Wealth/Empowerment together with the Love/Relationship area of the room. It strengthens both sets of Ch'i by combining them is her belief.
Both this young lady's bed for rest and a lot of her meditative thinking take place in this area of her room. It has double the energy because of the diagonal psychological sight line.
If the doorway entrance opened into the direct view of the foot board of the bed, on the right hand side of this picture, the Ch'i would blast towards the bed, thereby weakening the Ch'i and the energies of both Love/Relationship. In that case, with a right side extreme entry doorway into any room, the Love/Relationship area would move, according to the diagonal psychological sight line rule Nancilee and I both work with to improve the Ch'i of the room, in balancing energies of homes and offices, then it would join the Wealth/Empowerment area and strengthen both sets of Ch'i energies.
Basically, any doorway from the extreme side changes the positioning with the diagonal psychological sight line for both the Love and the Money energies to all be together across the room to the opposite corner from the doorway.
Another "Cure" that would have to take place if the bed was a straight ahead view from the door, in any room, has to do with ancient Chinese beliefs that if a person's bed is lined up with the door that is very bad. Their belief is that the last thing that happens to a person is that they are carried out "feet first" when they die. It is very unlucky to have a bed that is lined up directly, "feet first" towards the door. If you have this, change the position of the bed as it blocks the Ch'i (Cosmic Breath of God) energies from working to their highest level with the Feng Shui for your bedroom.
The bedroom is where you receive your rest of the new day tomorrow. You must have good Feng Shui energies here of all places.
I always place two Love Icons, two hearts, two angels, two sea shells, two like kind stuffed animals, or some other form of loving inspiration in both corners of extreme side entry doorways, and some Pink, a tiny touch even to activate the Love/Relationship Ch'i to its highest level in both corners of rooms with this doorway presentation.
Also I place some Purple for the Wealth/Empowerment in both the far right and the far left side corners and Wealth Icons, golden things, old coins, old money, stamp collections, a copy of the month my client's bank statement had more money in it than any other time in their life thus far, tucked underneath something, away from prying eyes, or any other Money related icon to activate the Wealth/Empowerment Ch'i flow to its highest level.
It has been my experience that by using both Purple and Pink, and Wealth & Love Icons on both sides of the room, in the locations farthest from the doorway, that my clients have much better luck, much more quickly. For that reason, I address both far corners of every single room I do consultations with, to double up on the good luck for them. It always works well.
Even though this is a young girl, a girl needs money to go the places she wants to go. If Kim used 9 golden $1.00 coins underneath her daughter's bed near the top and the corner, and another set of 9 golden $1.00 coins on the top of the white bookshelf or in one of the drawers, this would activate the Money Ch'i to work for her daughter's opportunities.
The Pink of Love/Relationships on the wall and ceiling surrounds this young lady all the time she spends in this room. This color encourages friendships and family closeness. Wearing Pink I find people will tell you their secrets. Not your family or friends, but strangers come up to you and tell you things when you wear Pink.
Her musical instruments, especially her guitar are in the far right side, front corner of the bedroom, the Compassion/Friends/Mercy/Travel, and Mentors corner. She has kept her love of music going for years and fully intends to in her future. This is an excellent place for these to be displayed.
The awards, trophies, and accolades of children's achievements, can influence and strengthen their belief in themselves and their value as individuals in their futures by the icons and artwork that are displayed all around them. Power Feng Shui can have a huge influence on the self, the confidence, and the ambition as the placement of all of these icons lift the self's belief system to its highest level.
The color White Kim chose for the furniture is the Children & Creativity & Intellectual Descendents color to lift up those energies in this room. The trim molding is also White with more energy for this as well.
Monkeys are very good luck and this one is in the Wisdom/Knowledge/Spirituality on the extreme left side of the entry doorway to this room. We want those energies to be wonderfully lucky for this young lady and her future.
This tropical icon reflects loving the seaside and visiting there. This family loves the water. They just got new jet skis to enjoy this summer. Wow, what fun for these kids.
This bath room area has lots of Love/Relationship Ch'i color Pink to encourage good relationships in all her life. The Orange (Fire Element symbol color) towel works to "fire up" those relationships. The diamond design on anything we use, fabric, stone tiles or marble, wall paper, simply hanging a picture on the diamond design angle, lifts Prosperity energy to a higher level. Diamond shapes are luckier than all except the Octogon shape. It is the luckiest shape of all.
There are Purple, Gold, Blue touches of color lifting Wealth/Empowerment, Prosperity/Good Health and Wisdom/Knowledge/Spirituality energies in the bath room.
This is simply a great room where Kim has worked with her daughter's tastes, hobbies, and passions to bring together an excellent display that is really a statement of who her daughter is at this time and what she is looking forwards in her future.
A Guy's Perspective Heading towards Senior Year...
This 17 year old young man is headed towards one of the best years of our lives, senior year in high school. His room is painted Green, The Wood Element for growth and change and his floor is also the Wood Element with the wood grain and its tones of Gold for Prosperity/Good Health. Even the bed covering is a bright Yellow/Gold to enhance the Prosperity/Good Health energies for his life. The Green Color will also activate Community/Family energies for this young man.
The entrance to this bedroom is on the extreme right hand side of the room, entering into the area of Compassion/Mercy/Friends/Mentors/Travel and that means his bed is perfectly positioned on the opposite corner, considering the diagonal psychological sight line and its placement. He sleeps in both of the energies of Love and Money, with his feet in Fame/Recognition/Future energies.
His blue area rug lifts up Wisdom/Knowledge/Spirituality. This is a really good kid that is family oriented, loves school, friends, sports, and church. The rug is well placed in the center of the right hand side wall for Children/Creativity/Intellectual Descendents.
His desk and study area is actually in the far left hand front corner of the room, from the doorway, where the Wisdom/Knowledge/Spirituality are based in this room. Studying here means he maximizes his time and does well because he is truly based in the right location for it. Lots of awards and trophies represented for his achievement are on display and show he is an achiever in his life. These things lifted up high give the person living in that room something to look up to so to speak, with their achievements thus far. It increases value for one's self by having these things out and visible to re-enforce that person's own value.
The Center of the entry wall is always the Self/Career/Destiny location for the individual that lives in that room. This young man has a picture of his love and himself, centered in that Self/Career/Destiny location, uplifted on the table. This would mean that he is thinking about that love all of the time, that it is at the forefront of his thoughts. Other achievements and commemorative memorabilia are also on this wall, in this area, that uplift his awards and recognition in the sports and academic areas.
The bright Red (Fame/Recognition/Future) and Pink (Love/Relationship) of this wall paper uplift both of these energies in the bath area.
His floor is a deep golden tone of wood grain that brings Prosperity and Good Health together with the Wood Element for fresh growth in those areas.
This is a perfect room for growth, change, prosperity, good health, studying in the Wisdom/Knowledge/Spirituality area, and having the bed in both the Love and the Money areas, dictated by the diagonal psychological sight line.
I wish Kim's son the best with his college choices next year and the future career decisions he makes in these upcoming months. He has the perfect Power Feng Shui room to mediate and ponder his thoughts for that future.
Likewise, I wish for your daughter's abilities to strengthen and her Fame/Recognition/Future energies become apparent to her so she will know where to direct her strengths, gifts and talents, in her future. She has a wonderful start with her sports career at the center of her focus on life as well as her academic aspects.

Thoughts of Thomas: Healing
In past articles I have mentioned the healing of my daughter. I would like to give you some insight as to how this came about, and how it was accomplished.
Healing has never been a part of my studies of The Art. Truth is it is a large part of my power. I think healing is more a gift than a learned talent. My father was a healer. He was a fundamental Christian pastor on a totally different path than mine. Healing is one of the gifts mentioned in the Bible, and healers have been around forever and in every culture. All this makes me think healing is probably a gift and can only be enhanced, not learned. Enhancement can only be achieved through the building of personal power and belief in yourself or your deity.
Now back to the purpose of this article. I do tend to wander if you haven't noticed.
First I must make this disclaimer all times and dates were according to my wife and mother of said child. Any similarity to anyone living or dead is purely an accident (I can’t spell coincidental).
This all started in 1974 or '75 when said female child was ten or eleven years old. That was when we first noticed a slit curve in her spine. We took her to medical and chiropractor doctors, then to an orthopedic surgeon. He got her an appointment at the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. This started a long series of treatments and surgeries.
We started this journey full of optimizing that we had finally found the answer to our prayers, our daughter would be made whole. But this was just the beginning of a long journey of hope and sorrow that only a parent can understand.
Let me make one thing clear before we continue this journey . If there are better people in this world than those at the Scottish Rites Hospital, I think God would take them to be with Him.
We took her as soon as they had an opening, hoping they would find that what we had been told was not true, that our daughter didn't have Scoliosis. This was not the case, she not only had Scoliosis she had an advanced case for her age.
First was a Milwaukee brace, (she could only remove for bathing) to hold her spine, because she was too young for surgery. It didn't work, they had to do surgery, and as soon as possible.
This started me and my wife on a journey that you would not wish on anyone. It was up lifting to see the care and compassion that was administered to the children, but the innocence in the children’s eyes and the grief on the parent’s faces, will live in my memory forever. All the while trying not to show the same in my face to my child, is something no parent should have to do. Looking back on everything now the most amazing thing I saw were the mothers. If you want to see strength and self control, watch a mother protect and comfort her child to the very end. Even today I have to harden my heart to write about it. How those nurses do it day after day is beyond me.
Next was the ward where she waited for her turn in the O. R. (Operating Room). Believe it or not this can take two to three days. The room was used not only for patients going to O. R. but it was also used for those coming from O. R.. It didn’t take long to notice that all that went in didn’t return. One more thing not to show on your face, as you're telling your child not to worry they do this everyday, everything will be fine and she was for awhile. Then we went through the whole thing again, two years later. After that one she was stabilized.
As the years passed there were flair ups but nothing bad. She grew up, married, had two lovely children and found a great job. Life was good. Then about four years ago things started going bad. She started having pain in her back and numbness in her arms and legs. X-rays showed a gap between her spine and tail bone. The Doctor said surgery was the only option and planned surgery in three weeks.
She came to us upset and crying about the surgery. This not only opened old wounds in me and her mother, it was a dagger to our hearts. I remember thinking, how much pain should this child have to take. No matter how old they get they are still your child and you want to take the pain away.
After she left my wife came to me and said two words that hit me harder than anything in my life. What she said was “fix it” and walked away.
I know I have been long winded but it is important for you to understand the circumstances that led to the most astonishing use of The Art I had performed to that point, certainly the most important one to me.
After she left I let her words sink in and tried to get a grip on the immensity of what she had said. She had just turned everything over to me, the outcome of our daughter's life (as far as she was concerned) was in my hands, and she believed I was capable of handling it.
The gravity of it all made me feel small. I started to think about all I had done in the past, things I had been proud off. They all seemed so insignificant compared to what I was facing. So I did what any red blooded American man would do, put it out of my mind up to the last minute.
That minute came at 1:00 a. m. on a Monday seven hours before her pre-op X-rays. I intended to perform the rite at 12:00 a. m. twine time but my sister and her husband came over and would never leave.
About 12:45 I started my ritual. Once that was completed I faced the East, raised my arms in a V pattern and opened doors in my mind I had locked years ago. I thought of the months she spent trying to compete with the other children while in a full body cast. The look in her eyes when she couldn't keep up. I watched in my mind's eye as she never gave up.
Emotion started to build and a large dark circle formed. I reached deeper, opening more doors. I saw the children, the innocence in their eyes, knowing some would never leave this place, and I saw her among them. My mind screamed "Not again. It will not happen."
At that moment a bright blue oval appeared in the center of the black circle. It was the most beautiful color I have ever seen and in the center was a spine. The spine was twisted and had a gap at the base.
Gathering all the emotions I felt, I concentrated on the gap (at this moment you can't lose control), my total focus was on closing the gap. There was nothing in my world but the gap, my only purpose in life was closing it and I watched in euphoria as it closed.
When the gap closed everything vanished I was alone in a dark living room. I was empty. I felt nothing. I cared for no one or anything, I only wanted to sleep. As I crawled into bed I told my wife it is done. Her response was "Ok." I remember nothing more.
The next morning I went to work never giving a thought about what happened the night before. I don't remember when I got the news the surgery was canceled. I do know I was still not myself. It took a while to recover from the emotional drain of that night and I can't lock the doors again. I can shut them but they open just a little from time to time.
Nothing is free; you have to pay for what you receive.
Note from Alex: This is a phenomenal story about the Healing Thomas brought down to his daughter's spine that used all of his unconditional love, his emotions, fears, and healing skills to achieve. Love can do anything.
Healing is actually achieved by sending unconditional love and thoughts for that healing to the person you love so much, as you draw it down from your Creator God source. The more pure that love is, the more powerful the healing. It is the self-less thoughts, NOT the selfish thoughts that do the healing.
The Bible is full of miracles that God sent to His people and He is still doing that today. It says He works in mysterious ways. I totally find that to be true. Sometimes they seem outright bizarre. This of course is called Supernatural.
Thomas believed his daughter's miracle would come. He intensely used every healing gift ability he had to summon that healing for her while at the same time feeling the pain of the emotions of all that she and his family had been through with her Scoliosis, to raise the power of the healing to its highest level. Through this he created the healing he sought for her.
God allows us to use our power of our own personal Holy Spirit to do with as we please. Using the Light of God to create miracles is something He freely gives to us. Using it for the higher good, especially healing for others or ourselves, creates more Light.
As Thomas said in his last line of his article about Healing...
Nothing is free; you have to pay for what you receive.
He knew that without this healing his daughter would lose her life as she knew it and be a prisoner of the Scoliosis, and his memories of all the suffering and sorrow she endured fueled his intensity of desire to "raise the power" for the healing; to "fix it" as his wife had requested, for their daughter.
He was successful because he believed he had to be, for the sake of his child. His faith, coupled with his wife's faith, is tremendous.
This is an incredible story of one man's refusal to accept the Scoliosis circumstances that existed in his daughter's body and how that would affect the rest of her life. Desperate circumstances create desperate solutions. This is one of those solutions.
Think about it. What do you create? What do you need? What do your loved ones need? Your faith and the Power of God in you can do all things. Jesus told us we could do greater things when He went away and sent back the Comforter, His Holy Spirit to help us. Your miracles await you.
I sincerely thank Thomas for writing this story and sharing it with us all. I want to thank his wife for her faith and complete trust in his God given abilities and the assurance she placed in those abilities with her unconditional love for him and their precious daughter and her future.
I am sure you are as awestruck as I am about this story. It truly was a miracle Thomas "intended to create" and did so with the most miraculous results. Use your Holy Spirit power of God to create your own miracles. You will be amazed what God will do or help you do, as you follow your own personal faith. All of life is a Faith Walk. Start walking to those victories you desire. They are waiting for you. Godspeed.
Any Power Feng Shui you do will begin to change things in your Sacred Space or office. You will be amazed. Let your "creative fire" activate and begin to re-create your own personal space. Strip it down of all things you no longer enjoy or have a taste for. Release all of those things from your life. Goodwill, Ebay or a homeless shelter will be fine. Lose the people and things that suck all of your positive energy from you. Focus on yourself and your needs and your health. The rest will come once you get behind yourself, and begin to love yourself.
A Crazy Thought: Someone told me just this week that if one person says one negative thing to you that psychologically you have to hear eighteen more people say positive things to you to block out that one negative thing. The impact that one negative comment has is just tremendous. I don't know about you but I seem to have less and less time than ever before to entertain negative Ch'i. It is a choice you know. Make yours positive always. Work on your good Karma and keep it rolling towards others and blessing yourself in the process.
